Football: Gunjur Utd kicks off Division Two Campaign today against Serekunda FC in Bakau.
Gunjur Utd will travel to Bakau today for a 4pm kick-off against Serekunda FC in the Gambia Football Federation (GFF) 2023/24 Second Division Championship.
The coastal boys will be without versatile midfielder Haruna Rashid Njie who joined BST Galaxy on loan last week.
Gunjur United ended the 2022/3 Division Two season with a 2-2 draw against Immigration that placed them in 10th position out of 18 in the league on 45 points from 34 games, 13 wins, 6 draws and loosing 15 games. The team scored 34 goals and conceded 39.
