Sibindinto FC started their search for a first league title in Gunjur "nawettan" with a convincing 2 - 0 win over Blaness FC after Red Star and CommIT FC settled for a goalless stalemate. Sibindinto were just too strong for the Kulkoch based outfit as defender Sheriffo Touray and Mankamang Touray scored in each half to ensure their side became the only side to collect all three points in Group B. The game was as one sided as the scoreline indicates. Knowing how important collecting maximum points against the most accommodating of opponent in a group that consist of two heavy weights, Sibindinto went all out for the win.

Blaness FC

Centre back Sheriffo Touray opened coring from the penalty spot after Alagie Saidy handled the ball in the box in the closing stages of the first period. Midfielder Mankamang Touray decided the contest with a brilliant easy finish following a fine cross from Basiru Touray in the second half. The competition continues with games as follows:
