𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬' 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐳 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧

The Village Development Committee VDC of Gunjur through its Subcommittee on Education conducted an Inter Lower Basic Schools' Quiz Competition that had the participation of four different lower basic schools in Gunjur, namely Gunjur Lower Basic School, Immaculate Conception Lower Basic School; commonly known as father’s school, Kunkunding Lower Basic and Gunjur Islamic Institute for Science and Technology.

Subsequently, Immaculate Conception emerged winners with a cash prize of D3,000, the runners were Kunkunding LBS with a cash prize of D2,500, third position was Gunjur LBS who went with a cash prize of D2,000 and fourth position was Gunjur Islamic Institute for Science and Technology with a cash prize of D1,500. Each school was also awarded certificate of participation.

This competition, per VDC's intention, is to build the confidence of the children and also promote education in the community of Gunjur.
